You design the versatile everyday life in the area of housing for people with disabilities and promote their social participation. The responsibility for the person-centred participation planning as well as the further development of corresponding concepts lies in your area of responsibility. Together with your team, you develop employees professionally and personally and are responsible for the planning of service. You can reliably ensure compliance with all legal, technical and organizational requirements. Through active networking in the social area, you represent the facility in the inside and outside and strengthen its visibility.

You have a completed study of social work, social education, pedagogy or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring management experience or experience in deputy management in integration aid. You appreciate a varied field of activity and meet challenges with organisational skills and solution orientation. As a transparent and value-assuring leader, you understand that you are winning employees for common goals. Organisational skills, communication strength and joy in cooperation with different interest groups are a feature.
