-Your tasks?

· You conduct and tax the construction measures and process the construction and repair measures in all phases of the HOAI. · After completion, you document the construction measures for the further Operation of buildings and facilities. · You conduct and accompany approval and award procedures. · In the course of budget planning, you will start the pre-studies and Cost estimates. · You are a contact and negotiation partner*in for both internal and external Jobs, project participants and contractors.

-Your profile?

· You will have your degree in architecture in the Bag. · In the planning and implementation of construction and repair measures the performance phases 1?8 HOAI and in the project management you have experience. · You know the rules of construction technology and construction regulations. · You have user knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Project, AutoCAD and AVA. · In addition, you are strong in communication, think analytic and work results-oriented, structured and independent.
