Independent planning, control and coordination of the construction site sequences in close coordination with the construction management Co-operation in the construction of pipe and earth pipes for gas, electricity, water, telephone and glass fibre, as well as in professional surface restoration Installation, securing and clearing of the construction site and coordination and timely provision of materials and equipment Leadership, motivation and guidance of construction staff including the incorporation of new team members Monitoring of work performance, ensuring quality standards and early detection and elimination of defects Creation of construction site documentation including construction site diary, scales and masses and quantities Implementation and monitoring of the applicable requirements for occupational, environmental and health protection Support in performance accounting and production of acceptance logs and accounting documents

Complete training in civil engineering or comparable construction work Ideally advanced training or practical experience as a foreman, polisher or shaft master Practical experience found in civil engineering desirable Knowledge of common technologies and processes in civil engineering and occupational safety Own initiative, enforcement capacity as well as strong team and communication skills Class B driving licence desirable Secure German knowledge on at least C2 level
