They are responsible for logistical customer support and order processing. They ensure customer service and maintain customer portals. The production control for the assigned production area is also one of your tasks. They take over production and priority planning taking into account delivery performance and production capacities. They dispose of steel and accessories. They process the ordering operations and monitor the subsequent appointment tracking. You can also make appointments for supply-critical materials and components.

Education: Successfully completed commercial training ideally with further training as an industrial specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable training Professional experience: Ideally multi-year, relevant professional experience IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, experience in handling SAP Language knowledge: Good English knowledge in word and writing
