What you convince us Successfully completed professional studies with a focus on labour law (economic law or law) Knowledge of employment, social and collective bargaining law Single professional and first leadership experience in a comparable function - ideally in the service environment Experience in defining, developing and ensuring internal standard processes Consultation and persuasiveness and negotiation skills across all hierarchy levels Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Routinized handling of current MS Office applications and a good understanding of further IT programs (e.g. SAP/HR)
