Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a member of our HSE team (Health, Safety & Environment) you support the further development and implementation of processes and standards in environmental and occupational safety. In this versatile hybrid function, you take over tasks in the integrated HSE management system and work simultaneously in operational and regulatory fields of work, environmental and hazardous materials management. In this function, you contribute to the further development, maintenance and continuous improvement of our integrated HSE management system (including ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) and develop and write the key figures for improving the environmental and work protection performance of the site. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and documentation of internal audits and visits. In addition, you support and support external audits and the fulfilment of regulatory requirements, including action tracking. The maintenance and updating of the legal catastrophe are your tasks as well as the support in compliance assessments and the participation in the creation, maintenance and development of HSE-relevant processes, standards and catastrophes. You actively participate in the collection and evaluation of HSE key figures for environmental reporting and, where appropriate, take over functions as environmental officers (e.g. for waste, water protection, immission protection). You are actively involved in environmental approval procedures, the follow-up of regulatory side regulations and in site-wide projects to strengthen safety and environmental culture. You significantly support work safety and hazardous materials management and contribute to the further development and support of our HSE software. You work closely and trustfully with internal departments as well as external partners and operators.

Education: completed university studies in environmental engineering or a comparable degree course with technical discipline Experience and know-how: professional experience in environmental and/or occupational safety, ideally in the semiconductor industry, knowledge in HSE management and in relevant legal requirements, in particular for management systems according to ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 and Advantageous knowledge of occupational safety, hazardous material management and/or the function of the environmental officer Personality and working methods: social competence, strong communication and team skills as well as structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods Languages: good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
