Tasks and Activities

• Organisation of workflows and administrative management of tasks in the medical service

• Administrative processing of medical advice including data management, responsible file management

• Auditing

• Contact person for questions about IT procedures in the medical service

Requirements

• completed vocational training (e.g. doctoral assistant, dental assistant, MTA, PTA, nurse/career)

• as an alternative, an average degree of education and an at least two-year professional experience (in the field of health care)

• Basic knowledge of the tasks and structures of the medical service

• Basic knowledge of specialist control

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology

• Basic knowledge of medical fees

• Foundation knowledge of office organization

• Knowledge of relevant IT specialist applications

• Funded Knowledge Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
