[FSH/129021] Production control: Total responsibility for the operational planning, control and monitoring of series production Leadership: leadership and further development of a team in production – with focus on deployment planning and team development Quality Management: Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and performing internal and external testing processes Technical management: organisation and supervision of maintenance measures, coordination with service providers and management of spare parts and consumables Process optimization: Identification and implementation of improvements in processes, processes and structures along the entire production chain

Technical qualification: Continuing training to the technician/master with relevant experience (e.g. Mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering) or completed technical studies Experience in production: professional experience in manufacturing, ideally in plastic window construction or series production Leadership: Experience in leadership or project management – You are present, clear and team-oriented System affinity: basic understanding for ERP systems and openness for technical relationships (pneumatics, control, IT) Character & posture: You convince with stability, reliability and clear communication – also in the change of a succession situation
