As Director Turnkey Projects for Pharmaceutical Filling and Packaging Systems (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

They are responsible for technology-wide turnkey projects for the construction of complex pharmaceutical filling and packaging systems for international customers and manage the entire processing process in the production of individual machines, the integration into complex lines including the control of partners and suppliers to the acceptance of the line with the customer. They run the project manager (machine manager) directly in the respective overall project and plan, coordinate and moderate the Turnkey project core team. They are the main contact partner for our customers and manage the project activities with the customer and the project core team with the support of the departments. They are responsible for the implementation of the project in line with the deadline, quality and budget and have the decision-making competence in the daily project business at Turnkey level. They control and coordinate complex, project-related topics including claims, supplements, etc. and independently and proactively agree with the relevant interfaces. In coordination with the customer and the project team, the results and services as well as the work packages are defined. They also examine the commercial and legal aspects of the project in cooperation with the areas of contracting and project controlling. They identify and solve/ escalate questions, problems and risks on all project names.

You have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering/plant engineering or industrial engineering or bring comparable qualifications. They have long-standing well-founded professional experience as a project manager for large-scale projects and have successfully completed several complex multi-projects, preferably in pharmaceutical machine and plant engineering. As an expert, you will be familiar with the common agile PM methods, you will be happy to work with different teams across the range, and have high leadership and vision. Personally, you are convinced by high operational readiness, self-motivation, flexibility and enforcement strength. Through your safe occurrence, your willingness to take responsibility and your strong analytical understanding, you will also keep the overall overview of your projects in situations with increased work volume. Dealing with customers makes you happy and you are used to adapt to the peculiarities of different customers in order to ensure the success of your projects in partnership. We require excellent knowledge of German and English as well as excellent communication and networking skills together with readiness to travel across multiple locations and to the customer.
