Service technician quality rotor blade (m/f/d)

As a service technician:in the case of rotor blade quality, you support the Regional Field Support in the safe and standard execution of rotor blade repairs in the field. You ensure the quality of the work of internal teams and service partners and document technical reviews clearly and comprehensible. In close cooperation with technical interfaces, you contribute to the operational reliability and the long-term quality of the rotor blades. Conducting inspections and quality controls in rotor blade repairs in the field Creating precise technical documentation and quality reports Schools of technicians: in practical handling of repair and quality processes Contact person for internal teams, service partners and customers: Analyze complex damage to rotor blades and derive appropriate measures Conducting audits to comply with HSE and quality standards Participation in the further development of repair processes and technical working concepts

Complete technical training in the field of composite materials or comparable technical qualifications Professional experience in the production, repair or testing of rotor blades or other fiber composite structures, also from industrial composite applications Experience in the safe handling of technical documentation as well as in the evaluation of repair or quality processes Safe handling of MS Office as well as good English knowledge for documentation and exchange Ready to travel and up to 180 m Structured, solution-oriented working and clear communication in the team High awareness of occupational safety and experience with HSE requirements
