Care and promotion of trainees in our own training workshop Implementation of the training regulation and coordination and further development of vocational training Configuring the training content and ensuring the training objectives Planning and control of practical applications (workshop, vocational school and use in the operatives) Preparation of trainees for interim and final examinations Planning, organisation and support of training projects mentoring and individual development of trainees taking into account their needs Participation in training fairs and support in recruiting trainees Participation in the nationwide trainer network as well as in the specialist group Elektro Insight into your working day: In our modern training workshop, together with another electrical trainer, you will be responsible for around 35 apprentices in the field of electronics for operating technology. Apprentices regularly switch between workshop, vocational school and practical work in the opera. The training is also supported by an external lecturer who deepens theoretical content in the two-week rhythm.As part of the corporate strategy, the training takes a high priority with us – we support around 700 apprentices and dual students across the country. Successfully completed vocational training as an electronic engineer as well as a further training as a master or technician including training examination (AEVO) Found knowledge of electrical engineering and ideal experience in PLC programming Experience in dealing with young people and trainees is desirable Joy in teaching knowledge and working with young people Self-employed, structured working and strong sense of responsibility High social competence combined with enforcement readiness for professional and personal development Good MS Office knowledge, English knowledge of advantage
