Operational performance measurement: You design, harmonize and manage the metric number systems for the daily control of logistics performance – both for your own distribution centers and for external logistics service providers. Proactive control: You monitor compliance with service agreements, analyze deviations directly in the operating business and drive quality and cost optimization together with internal and external partners. Location Comparison & Practice Transfer: You make the performance of the individual distribution centers comparable, track operational inefficiencies and accompany the locations in implementing improvements. Key figures-based advice: You translate complex data flows from different areas of the supply chain into concrete recommendations for action for the operational logistics management and thus create transparency for daily decisions. Process and report optimization: You advance the development of the operational reporting infrastructure, reduce manual effort by modern software tools and standardize the flow of information. Interface cooperation: You act as a number-focused link directly between the operational logistics practice, the service providers and the central controlling to capture deviations at an early stage.

Your background: You have successfully completed a degree in logistics, supply chain management, economics or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have already gained first practical experience in office and logistics everyday through relevant internships or student work activities. Your strengths: You bring a strong understanding of numbers as well as a structured thinking ability and have great interest in penetrating logistical processes. You like to work independently, have strong communication skills and have very good German and English skills. Your profile: You are absolutely safe in handling MS Office, especially in Excel, and have fun working on new software tools for data evaluation. As a real team player, you like to take responsibility and act openly at the interface to our distribution centers and service providers.
