• Processing of complex commercial and simple technical repair solutions in the field of repair

• Identification and search of necessary spare parts

• Administrative support of the service manager/customer during the editing of the sales documents

• Identification of technical repair solutions in cooperation with service technicians as well as ensuring the correctness of the sales documents to be produced

• Acquisition of supplier/subcontractor offers and ensuring compliance with set standards and deadlines

• Support for sales and maintenance of master files in SAP

• Targeted communication with internal and external customers

• You have professional experience in a comparable field of work and are technically affin Secure handling of MS Office applications and ideally SAP knowledge as well as knowledge of the CAD program complete your profile
