Advising and supporting the development and implementation of municipal energy management Control and maintenance of data of internal energy databases including their evaluation in an energy report Developing and implementing object-related energy concepts and urban energy strategies Advisory and support of internal areas of expertise in technical building equipment and energy saving measures Creating and presenting reports on the development and elimination of energy consumption data for urban properties Organisation of energy procurement and energy purchase for the SGE and urban partners Cooperation with urban offices for participation in national and international climate protection competitions, e.g. ÖKOPROFIT and European Energy Award

Completed university studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of energy, technical building equipment, building management or a comparable course of study Additional training or experience in energy / building management are desirable Economic thinking and action are self-sufficient for you, and you are a highly motivated and stressful personality. Organisational and negotiating skills, customer orientation and cooperation with partners within and outside the administration Knowledge of legal and technical requirements for energy saving and VOB and HOAI Communication, team-oriented action and independent work are your maxims You show great interest in the inno­vative themes of digital transformation, combined with the introduction of new technologies.
