For our headquarters in Hamburg we are looking for you as an engineer (d/w/m)/Techniker (d/w/m) rail vehicle technology | Mechanical Engineering | Transport | Logistics

You can provide technical support for our internal and external customers (d/w/m) with a focus on Freight Wagons and their modular car bodies. Remodeling and refurbishment projects organize and carry out your own responsibility – always looking at quality, costs, time and admission topics. The development and implementation of technical optimization measures for cars and components is also part of your task. You actively participate in technical working groups and design our standards. The organization and implementation of technical training are your responsibility. Existing processes are undermining you constructively and driving forward-looking working technologies in the team.

You have a completed study in the technical field – ideally in rail vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, transport or logistics. Alternatively, you have a completed technical training or as a motivated cross-enterer (d/w/m). Technical knowledge and professional experience in the handling of rail vehicles are advantageous – but also cross-comers with readiness for further training are welcome. Knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VPI, AVV, UIC, EN standards or VTG maintenance requirements) will help you or be willing to work on you. Commitment and interest in processes stand out. You convince by your communicative way and work structured, binding and independent. The joy of decision and the willingness to take responsibility are your strengths. You are ready to travel occasionally to customers (d/w/m) or works in Germany and abroad, good English skills help you to work together. The experienced handling of MS Office applications completes your profile.
