Manager SAP FI/CO (m/f/d)

As a team leader, you take both professional and disciplinary responsibility for your SAP-FI/CO team and promote your employees through coaching, training and clear target images. In our customer projects, you bring your know-how around SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA, advise contractors from public and private sectors and accompany them in transformation and optimization processes. You analyse requirements, develop viable specialist concepts and control implementation in SAP S/4HANA – efficiently, structured and with a view to best practices. PSM topics such as budget control, commitment or budget control are coordinated and their technical implementation. In the pre-sales, you take responsibility, support your offer creation and represent your team convincingly to customers:inside and internal stakeholders. With your sense of trends, technologies and process improvements, you actively develop your unit's performance portfolio and strengthen positioning in the market.

Multiannual experience in SAP FI/CO, combined with leadership experience and a secure view for operational project work Ideally knowledge of public administration requirements and specificities – including regulatory issues Experience or contact points with sensitive or safety-relevant areas are advantageous A clear, structured communication style associated with empathy and leadership You combine clarity in communication with an empathic leadership style and a solution-oriented look forward Joy in taking responsibility, developing people and creating sustainable solutions together Readiness to travel at the Bonn headquarters or at Kund:inside flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing Why this step is worth You continue to build your own unit segment and actively shape the orientation.
