As a specialist CrewPlanning (w/m/d) you are in the middle of: You control the deployment planning, reagiers on short-term failures and coordinate training, check, workshop and ferry flights. As a central interface for our flying staff, you bring people, information and resources together to ensure that our crews are ready for use. A responsible task with real impact – because Your planning provides the basis for quick help. Failure Management - You analyze vacancies, coordinate replacement settings in failure management and ensure the continuous occupation of flight operating functions. In addition, you support short-term personnel disposition and ensure smooth operation. Training and check flight planning – You plan and coordinate training as well as check flights for our licensed aviation staff, keeps in mind qualifications and deadlines and organize the corresponding hotel bookings. Supporting the flying personnel - You are the central contact person for pilots, on-board technicians and medical rescue personnel, supported by service and mission-related questions. In addition, you plan and coordinate workshop, ferry, racing and representation flights and ensure the necessary resources and smooth coordination of all participants. Service Plan Management - You carry out service and service-plan-related checks, monitor compliance with legal, tariff and operational requirements and check relevant operating data to ensure regular flight operations. Operational Administration - You process orders from the flight management, initial evaluations and reports, provide relevant operating data and actively contributes to cross-departmental projects as well as the optimization and further development of processes and planning instruments.

The theory sits – you bring complete vocational training in commercial or technical fields. Professional experience You have already gained 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a comparable working environment, ideally in the aviation industry. Know-How – You are passionate about aviation and have a well-founded knowledge in the current MS Office programs. Communication – You master very good knowledge of German in C1 level as well as good English skills and can convey content in a clear and address-oriented manner.
