You are the central contact person for our hospital customers You enter and advise our hospital clients in partnership and solution-oriented manner. You have long-term relationships with decision-makers in the hospital environment. You recognize optimization potentials and actively develop existing customer relationships. You create customer presentations and participate in contract discussions. You are shaping digitalisation in the healthcare sector You accompany the introduction of digital solutions in the area of private billing. You support our customers in implementing new processes and applications. You bring customer requirements into the further development of our services. You tax projects on success You work in cross-disciplinary projects. You carry out your own project tasks and coordinate internal and external contacts. You hold the threads together You coordinate customer requests and ensure a reliable follow-up of agreed measures. You accompany contract talks and develop long-term business relationships. You take responsibility for a high-quality data base, analyze key figures and make recommendations for action. You perform administrative tasks as part of customer support and contract management.

Successfully completed commercial training, a study in the health or business sector or a comparable qualification Finded knowledge in health care, preferably from hospital, patient or private billing. Ideally, you have already worked as a customer consultant, customer service, employee hospital billing / private billing, billing specialist, specialist patient billing, project manager healthcare (m/w/d) or in a comparable function Experience in handling customers, projects or coordinating tasks Joy of consulting, communication and the establishment of long-term customer relationships Organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
