To strengthen our team in the field of hospital cleaning, we are looking for a qualified and responsible manager at the next possible time. As a dedicated foremanin / team leaderin (m/w/d) in cleaning, you take a key role in the organization and quality assurance of our cleaning processes – with direct influence on hygiene, safety and patient satisfaction.

Responsibility for the implementation, compliance and further development of cleaning standards and hygiene concepts Regular control of object and quality standards Coordination and monitoring of all operational processes (basic and special cleaning) Ensuring the cost-effectiveness of your area-hour maintenance and control of cost development Creation of schedules, holiday plans and proofs of hours First contact for the clinic and the staff

Completed training in the field of building cleaning or facility management desirable- but not absolutely necessary Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Impressed organisational and enforcement skills Knowledge of common hygiene standards and regulations German in Word and Writing
