As a responsible person for the training of the aviation crew, you take responsibility for the planning, implementation and coordination of our high-quality training programs. You design training documents, analyze training needs and provide your expertise for highest efficiency and safety both in theory and in practice. Planning, implementation and management of training - You plan, organize and guide the pilot and TC-HEMS trainings, tune content and processes with internal and external partners and ensure that all trainings meet our quality standards and legal requirements. Know-How – You have extensive experience in the use of Full Flight Simulators (FFS) for the practical and efficient training of pilots, brings well-founded practice in air rescue and has a deep understanding of their specific operational and safety-relevant requirements. In addition, you are the holder of the TRE(H) test permission for MET and MPH and perform qualified tests and reviews. Professional and total flight experience - You have at least 2000 hours of total flight time, of which at least 500 hours of experience as an instructor.
