Be part of our mission in the air rescue! As a responsible person for the training of the aviation crew, you take responsibility for the planning, implementation and coordination of our high-quality training programs. You design training documents, analyze training needs and provide your expertise for highest efficiency and safety both in theory and in practice. Bring your experience in training, your enthusiasm for technology and your social skills and help us save lives.

Planning, implementation and management of training - You plan, organize and guide the pilot and TC-HEMS trainings, tune content and processes with internal and external partners and ensure that all trainings meet our quality standards and legal requirements. Creation and maintenance of training documents - You create, rework and optimierst training manuals, plans and theoretical and practical training modules. You pay attention to topicality, practicality and highest quality standards. Coordination of internal and external training - You tune dates, resources and content with internal departments as well as external partners to ensure a smooth running of training. Analysis of training needs - You carry out needs analysis, monitor the internal training plan and guide targeted measures to ensure the efficiency, quality and effectiveness of training. Conducting on-site operator training - You carry out operator training and provide practical knowledge as well as applicable skills to ensure that our crews meet operational requirements safely, minimize risks and efficiently perform deployments. You will specifically address the needs of the participants and make sure that theory and practice are optimally interlinked.

The prerequisites fit – you meet the conditions laid down in Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 ORO.AOC.135.a and the associated AMC's. Know-How – You have extensive experience in the use of Full Flight Simulators (FFS) for the practical and efficient training of pilots, brings well-founded practice in air rescue and has a deep understanding of their specific operational and safety-relevant requirements. In addition, you are the holder of the TRE(H) test permission for MET and MPH and perform qualified tests and reviews. Professional and total flight experience - You have at least 2000 hours of total flight time, of which at least 500 hours of experience as an instructor. In addition, you bring at least 200 hours of night flight experience, you have the permission for night flights with night vision device (NVG) and have at least 100 hours of NVG flight experience. In addition, you have the ATPL-(H) license according to Part FCL with the FI(H)/TRI(H) teaching permission for the MET and MPH samples, have pattern permissions for EC135/635 and EC145 (BK117) as well as at least 500 hours of flight experience on one of these patterns. Communication - You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing that allow you to communicate complex technical content in a precise and comprehensible manner – both in personal conversation and in written form – and to communicate safely and confidently in international and national teams, training situations and in exchange with different target groups. What completes your profile – you have an experienced handling of MS Office applications and you are characterized by openness and commitment to the acquisition of additional teaching and testing permissions (Fl(H), FIE(H), IRE(H). In addition, you have a high level of social competence and pleasure in the communication of technical knowledge. You have the ability to convey learning content in a clear, structured and motivating manner and thus to anchor knowledge sustainably.
