As a working student HR Recruiting (m/w/d), you are part of the BAUHAUS Recruiting Team and support the implementation of operational recruiting topics to ensure the best possible application experience. In your activity, you will get a wide range of practical insights into applicant management and take an active part in the selection process - such as viewing and commenting on time-shifted interviews. You process recurring operational tasks. This includes applying applications in the applicant management system, appointment coordination for job interviews and applicant communication. You will answer inquiries in our recruiting mailbox.

You are already studying at least in the third bachelor's semester and are interested in the professional field HR/Personnel with the focus on recruiting (personnel selection, applicant management, application channels). Ideally, you have first practical experience in recruiting / personal marketing. In addition, your empathy, stamina and communication strength are excellent. A quick understanding and a structured, conscientious and sustainable way of working complete your profile.
