SAP Program Manager - Customer Success Management (m/f/d)

■ You take the holistic responsibility for results for selected strategic customers across all service and sales segments. ■ You work in close coordination with the account management of the respective customers and make a direct and measurable contribution to achieving our corporate goals. ■ In combination, you are responsible for strategic development, operational support and economic responsibility for our customers. ■ You actively promote long-term customer loyalty and secure a smooth customer journey in direct coordination with other business areas. ■ You represent our company in project steering committees and take over the overarching management of project implementation and are responsible for successfully implementing and completing projects within the defined time, budget and quality framework. ■ For the management as well as C-level representatives: within our customers you are a competent and reliable contact person. ■ In addition, an active project risk management helps you identify project risks at an early stage, analyze their causes and initiate effective risk mitigation measures. ■ For data analysis and control, you use meaningful reports and KPIs to evaluate economic commitment and advance strategic development. ■ You have a wealth of experience in managing SAP projects, combined with well-founded knowledge in project management and experience in the distribution of SAP solutions & Managed Services. ■ The SAP portfolio is familiar to you. ■ Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer orientation are an important part of your action. ■ You are characterized by high conceptual and analytical skills, a structured approach and enforcing even in difficult situations. ■ You have very good communication and moderation capabilities, are ready to accept conflict situations in order to translate them into solutions and convince them with professional negotiating skills. ■ Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile. ■ A basic willingness to travel with the customer is obvious to you.
