For our German headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for a Regional Loss Prevention Manager (m/w/d). In this responsible position, you develop and control the Loss Prevention Strategy for the South region in Germany and successfully lead a large team to the goal.
Your tasks: Leadership and further development of a regional Loss Prevention Team (about 100–140 employees) in about 10 districts. Implementation of the Loss Prevention Strategy including KPI control, budget control and risk management. Building a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement and talent promotion. Cooperation with internal partners (Retail, HR, Risk, Technical Security) to implement security and prevention measures. Analysis of crime trends and deriving appropriate measures to reduce inventory losses. Ensuring compliance, training and effective communication within the region
Your profile:
Multiannual leadership experience and passion for talent development. Funded knowledge in Loss Prevention and strategic risk management of advantage. Strong communication and influence competence, including stakeholder management. High emotional intelligence, resilience and solution-oriented thinking. Flowing in business English, safe in handling IT systems. Residential in the region or ready to be regularly on site.
