Employee Basic Issues Billing (m/f/d)

Basic questions & Right in pay billing You analyze legal, tariff and legal frameworks and translate them into practical solutions for billing You develop, care and implement operational regulations as well as modern process and process instructions You are responsible for the legal implementation of legal and collective agreements You'll check and clarify fees and special cases You are responsible for the time and deadline management for legal messages (e.g. DEÜV) You are a competent contact person for specialist areas, auditing, external audit bodies as well as for employees and executives Staff Cost Planning & Controlling You plan the annual and medium-term planning (3–5 years) based on personnel planning and relevant assumptions You develop and plead a rolling forecast and analyze plan-actual deviations You determine, analyze and monitor relevant personnel cost indicators You provide data in a comprehensible way, visualize results and ensure high data quality for management reports Operating pay bill (special and complex cases) You support complex and particularly sensitive accounting behaviour You carry out test and real accounting and check results using plausibility controls Annual accounts in the area of payment accounting You check insurance and contribution obligations at the end of the year You create and correct annual reports (e.g. DEÜV, additional services) You'll get provisions and give booking instructions You work closely with controlling and accounting and provide auditable documents Professional SAP system support in the area of remuneration You accompany System-Releases and changes through test accounting and professional audits You analyse system support and optimierly process relevant to charge You care and adapt technical system parameters

You have completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of economics and/or Business management with a focus on staff You have well-founded knowledge of pay tax and social security law and supplementary pension rights You are safe in dealing with tariff regulations and relevant laws You have experience in pay billing and personnel cost planning You have very good SAP HCM (deficient accounting, personnel cost planning, evaluations) and MS Excel (ivot, scenario analysis) knowledge You are characterized by analytical thinking, accuracy and communication strength and have an understanding of operational processes and organizational relationships
