WORKING STUDENT DATA STRUCTURING (m/f/d)

You support the creation of a professional, scalable and comprehensible storage system in the manufacturing sector. Analyze the existing Windows folders and file structure, identify redundancy, inconsistencies and inefficient storage principles, and develop a logically structured, future-oriented storage concept. You also define name conventions, version logics and metadata structures. The migration of existing data into the new structure as well as the documentation of the new storage logic falls within your task.

You are studying in the Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the field of computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable degree program. You have a very good understanding of Windows file systems, folder logic and file organization, and a basic understanding of network drives and authorization systems is also assumed. Experiences in the use of alternative document management systems are beneficial to you. You are communicative and understand complex facts quickly.
