As a central contact for our customers: you are far more than “Support”: you are Sparringspartner:in, translator:in and maker:in for our Legal-Tech products. You build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers: You actively cultivate them. You represent our products to the outside as competent: contact:in and explain complex content in a comprehensible and sovereign way. You advise our customers: proactively and ensure that our solutions are used optimally. You perform training and product presentations - remote, structured and at eye level. You accompany implementations and ensure smooth onboarding. You collect feedback from the practice in close cooperation with the customer-centricity management and bring it into the further development of our products. You identify cross- and upselling potentials and hand them in a structured manner to strategic sales by our Legal Tech Consultant. You support structured communication with our customers, including by sending and maintaining information about our CRM system.

A completed study, e.g. in law, business, business, management, marketing, communication or a comparable field First practical experiences (from internships, work studies, or partial/full-time employment) in the operational and/or communicative handling of clients: both in the B2B environment (e.g. account management, sales, customer care) are desirable and support ensuring a high level of service.
