You independently serve our products on site at the customer during the complete product life cycle: installation and commissioning. You operate customer care and develop customers in the field of application in close cooperation with sales: service actions, completion of maintenance agreements and complaint processing. You occasionally carry out service assignments nationwide or abroad, for example at product fairs, technical trainings or at company groups operating nationwide.

You bring professional and product experience in the field of workshop equipment and/or technical customer service. You have completed training in the field of motor vehicle crafts, mechatronics, electronics or plant engineering. You have a strong customer awareness and a practical way of working. Traveling in everyday work is self-evident. You have a license Kl. 3/B (by appointment). In the best case, you can provide basic knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, hydraulics, computer technology and MS Office as well as maintenance and repair.
