Team Coordinator/Production Supervisor for Brushes (m/f/d)

Your duties As a team coordinator/supervisor (m/w/d), you take over the operational responsibility for a defined production area and work closely with the shift management. In particular, the following tasks are part of your responsibility: Guide and control of the associated production subregion Operational management and support of employees in the daily business Planning and control of short-term personnel capacities Monitoring of productivity, process and quality indicators Introduction, qualification and support of new employees in the field of brushes (SOF) Organisation, preparation and monitoring of all activities in the area of responsibility Ensuring the operability of machines and plants and implementing optimization measures Compliance and supervision of all statutory and operational regulations, in particular in the field of occupational safety Implementation of instruction and participation in accident prevention measures Support for personnel talks, employee assessments and personnel decisions

Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or commercial profession Professional experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the field of surface processing First experience in coordinating or managing employees of advantage Communication strength, Enforcement and Responsibility High self-initiative and a structured and solution-oriented approach Quality awareness, reliability and team skills Knowledge of SAP and MS Office desirable Willingness to work in the interlayer system (break, late and night shift), if necessary Saturday work Flexibility for shift and department change
