Dispatcher (m/w/d) Logistics - Transport and Technical Planning

You organize and coordinate the transport as well as the deployments of our bridge inspection devices, tunnel inspection devices and other special machines You apply for heavy-duty transport permits to monitor them and are in exchange with the competent authorities You plan routes, time windows and accompanying vehicles and take care of all necessary requirements You continuously adjust the MRP schedule, especially if unforeseen events such as weather conditions, floods or customer changes occur In close cooperation with drivers, workshop, technical administration as well as customers and authorities, you ensure that everything goes smoothly You are responsible for preparing the wages of the disposed employees and always keeps their working hours and bills in mind You are organising all logistical aspects around the stakes, such as hotel bookings, rail travel and vehicle logistics You monitor the compliance of appointments, costs and agreements, and you are flexible to change and challenges

A completed training as a freight forwarder or a comparable qualification Professional experience in disposition, preferably in the field of transport and special transport or technical deployment planning Basic knowledge of wage and working time arrangements is advantageous A good technical understanding, especially for machines and logistical processes Safe handling of network plans and route planning Communication skills and negotiation talent in exchange with partners, authorities and colleagues A solution-oriented way of thinking, stamina and a good sense of priorities
