Work planner building construction (m/f/d)

Development and continuous updating of work and construction schedules including scheduling and resource planning and coordination of interfaces. Implementation of mass determinations and creation of performance directories as well as preparation, testing and participation in tendering and awarding processes. Technical coordination with planners and specialist engineers, verification of execution plans and detailed coordination. Analysis and optimization of construction processes taking into account efficiency and savings potential. Planning of the construction site facility including logistics concepts, installation plans and safety-relevant documents. Supporting the project and construction management for technical and organizational participation in cost and quality management to ensure a smooth project sequence.

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable construction-specific training (e.g. in crafts such as masons, roofers, plant mechanics, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in work preparation, invitation to tender or award in construction A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Safe handling of tendering and calculation processes and good technical understanding Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence to internal and external project participants Team spirit as well as the ability to keep track of complex projects
