Fleet Management Employee – International Key Account Support (m/f/d)

You serve well-known national and international customers and are a reliable contact person for their fleets. From the first damage message to completion, you have the process in your hand and coordinate all necessary steps. You will vote for repairs with workshops, organize transports if necessary and ensure that vehicles are ready for use as quickly as possible. You check and negotiate cost proposals and keep in mind costs, quality and dates. You communicate with a wide range of contacts every day – from large customers to workshops and suppliers to international colleagues and partners. You coordinate important vehicle appointments and statutory investigations. You ensure that completed operations are fully and correctly deducted. And because good processes can still get better, you can actively introduce your experiences and ideas into process improvements, reporting and cross-departmental projects.
