In the management of life insurance at our HAMBURG site, you will be able to answer questions by phone and written questions about life insurance! You are responsible for the independent and down-to-earth processing of customers:internal and sales partners:in-demand requests as well as requests for change regarding life insurance in stock. You always work precisely, solution-oriented and with a high quality of service. You take the independent processing of inventory operations, such as contract changes and inventory data, always paying attention to efficiency, accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Optional, but desirable: You have knowledge in the treatment of pension disbursements and deaths in order to provide and support our customers competently in these complex phases of life. The professional and esteeming exchange with customers:inside and internal stakeholders is your heart. You communicate clearly, friendly and at eye level - both oral and written. You meet professional decisions, always taking into account the customer needs, legal requirements and economic aspects. Education: You have a completed training as a businessman for insurance and finance (m/w/d) or can demonstrate several years of professional experience as a specialist:r in the life insurance industry Service orientation: You have a pronounced service-oriented way of working, with the aim of supporting and consulting our customers, sales partners: in addition to internal stakeholders friendly, solution-oriented and reliable. Communication strength & openness: You will communicate in German clearly, kindly and bindingly in word and writing. You go proactively to different contact persons: inside and make sure that information is addressed transparently and reliably. Digital competence: You have secure user knowledge in the current MS Office applications as well as in the Windows operating system, bringing openness and readiness to work on you continuously in new digital technologies and using them responsibly in everyday work.
