Technical Editor (m/w/d) – Hardware / Software Design Specifications

Optima Pharma develops and implements filling, closing and process technology for pharmaceuticals. With the automated, complex systems of Optima Pharma, blood plasma products, vaccines, oncology and biotech products are processed in finished syringes, vials, infusion bottles and carpules. They create project-specific hardware (HDS) and software design specifications (SDS), which describe both the hardware and software components of a pharmaceutical plant. The requirements of the customer as well as the applicable standards and regulations are taken into account. They accompany the entire process until the final acceptance of the machine. In close cooperation with various specialist departments, you agree to the technical information and prepare it in a comprehensible and user-friendly manner. They are also contact persons (m/w/d) for the customer as well as for the specialist areas and participate in all relevant project meetings. Active participation in standardization and optimization of processes within and outside the department is also part of your task.

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on technical editors, electrical engineering or software engineering. Alternatively, you will bring a technical training, preferably with a technical training, as well as several years of professional experience in the field of electronics or software. Cross-comers with a solid understanding of technical issues are also welcome. We support the achievement of the relevant qualification with a further education. Ideally, you already have knowledge of GMP, GDP and GAMP. We also require safe handling of MS Office programs and very good German and English skills. A structured and precise operation as well as pronounced communication and team skills complete your profile.
