Dealing with inbound phones for dealer calls Responsibility of First Level Supports of Dealer Requests in the Contract Process Maintenance of customer data and maintenance of reports and statistics Takeover of various administrative tasks, e.g. document management and email mailbox Collection of documents to the dealer Working indoors for all customers in the contract process Reporting and weekly planning forwarding the information to the relevant departments Work with a CRM system and care of the system

Closed commercial training e.g. as an office merchant or industrial merchant Ideal experience in finance First professional experience in sales, or sales support, preferably in the automotive and financial sectors Experiences in telephone sales and support Safe handling of common MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Very good organizational and communication skills Embossed service and customer orientation
