The ZIMMERMANN PV-Steel Group is one of the leading providers of solar substructures in the field of Fixed Tilt, PV tracker, PV-Floating and PV-Agri within Europe. In this key role, you take responsibility for finance, accounting, reporting and compliance while becoming part of our leadership team. You support management in strategic and operational decisions and help ZIMMERMANN successfully lead to the next phase of development. Leadership & Finance Leadership and further development of the finance and accounting team Building a scalable finance organization for future growth Further development of reporting, planning and controlling processes Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Business Partner of Management Sparring partners for managing financial and strategic issues Support for investment decisions and growth projects Creating transparency about profitability, cash flow and working capital Creation of business cases, analyses and decision templates Accounting, Reporting & Compliance Ensuring compliance with HGB, IFRS and future corporate requirements Cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and banks Building and further development of internal controls and governance structures Support for SOX and Compliance requirements Integration & Transformation Active support of integration into the Nextpower Group Working with ERP, reporting and finance projects Close cooperation with Nextpower's international finance teams Development of processes, systems and structures

Successful degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration Multiannual experience in a senior finance function Experience as Head of Finance, Finance Manager, Controller, Head of Accounting or Similar Good knowledge of HGB, IFRS and ideally US-GAAP Experience with audit, reporting and compliance topics Entrepreneurial thinking and hand-on mentality Impressed communication skills and joy in team work Very good knowledge of German and English This body is filled in full time and indefinitely.
