Assistant to the works council (m/f/d)

You run the secretariat and are responsible for organizing, coordinating and monitoring appointments. You independently perform administrative tasks from in- and external correspondence, telephone requests and data management. You plan and organize events, workshops and meetings (e.g. business meetings) and are responsible for the preparation and follow-up. You prepare drafts of decisions and presentations and carry out protocols in works council meetings and committee meetings and follow the measures decided there. You're begging the works council network, providing information and coordinating cooperation with other co-determinants such as trade unions and authorities. You research on the Internet, Intranet or in the press and support the public work of the works council, including the care of the Intranet appearance. You plan and book trips for the works council members and JAV members and are responsible for the travel cost accounting.

You have a completed commercial training (or a comparable qualification) and brings several years of experience in the described area of responsibility. You know the basics of business constitutional law or are ready to work on you. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office and other digital channels. You have very good German knowledge and solid basic knowledge in English (Wort & Font). You work structured, carefully and perform tasks independently. In addition, you are characterized by pronounced organizational ability and independent action. You will be safe and binding, communicate clearly and can work effectively with contact persons of all levels. You trade confidentially, plead a trusted cooperation and secrecy is of course for you.
