Project management & implementation: Responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of projects within the framework of time, budget and content. Team Leadership & Motivation: Coordination and leadership of project teams with focus on performance, cooperation and motivation. Stakeholder & Decision Management: Communication with relevant stakeholders as well as creation and presentation of decision templates based on project results. Transparency & Risk Management: Ensuring project status transparency and active risk, change and solution management in dynamic framework conditions.

Project Management & Methodology: Mind. 5 years of project management experience of project teams of more than 5 people in classic & agile projects for the development of digital business models. Analytics & Communication: Strong capacity for structured problem solving and address-oriented processing of complex content for decisions. Academic & linguistic background: Complete study in BWL, computer science or comparable, as well as good English knowledge for international project communication. Organization & Responsibility: Structured working, high willingness to use and consistent action with results. Flexibility & pragmatism: adaptability in dynamic environments combined with enforcing and solution-oriented thinking.
