They ensure that legal and internal hygiene regulations are complied with They ensure traceability across the entire value chain by means of targeted product labelling In addition to the inventory check, you are responsible for providing the necessary raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating materials for the production steps You are responsible for the professional quality control of our goods You are responsible for ordering & receiving goods They present and clean up the goods They advise customers from the gastronomy and GV

Ideally you have a completed training as a butcher/meater (m/w/d) Your strengths include creativity, quality awareness, communication skills and flexibility They have a great sense of hygiene and cleanliness They are an organizational talent, act responsibly and possess team spirit A customer-oriented, safe and friendly appearance is of course for you Ideally, you have experience in handling SAP
