You develop and maintain automated processes in close coordination with specialist areas. Together with internal teams, you create new processes and optimise existing workflows. You analyze disturbances and fix errors in job chains, proceed in a structured manner, find the cause and restore stable operation. You document processes and ensure quality and traceability – for colleagues, audits and long-term operations. You control and optimize automated processes in IT operation and ensure that time-controlled processes run reliably and reacts quickly in case of errors. You support the further development of our automation strategy, introduce ideas on how to make our processes more efficient, safer and sustainable.

You bring experience in dealing with automated job and process controls. Ideally, you have already worked with scheduling or workload automation platforms and know their significance for stable IT processes. You think structured and solution-oriented. In case of errors or disturbances, you are analytic, find the cause and cause for a sustainable remedy. You like to work in the team and communicate clearly, exchange actively with colleagues from IT and specialist departments to understand requirements and develop solutions together. You document carefully and work quality consciously. You pay attention to comprehensible documentation and get into the continuous improvement of our processes. You have a good technical understanding of IT operation and automation. Concepts such as batch processes, monitoring, authorization concepts and ITIL are familiar to you – or you are ready to work in.
