You analyze the costs of products and manufacturers, identify savings potentials and develop concrete approaches to cost optimization. Check offers from a commercial point of view, evaluate them in a comprehensible manner and derive sound recommendations for further steps. By creating transparent cost settings (cost breakdowns), you create a resilient decision basis for internal votes. For make-or-buy decisions, you can support structured analyses and help find economically sensible solutions. As a connecting element between purchasing and technical departments, you can actively integrate your analysis into the module and product strategy. In addition, you will accompany the implementation of cost-cutting measures and follow their impact during operation.

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, shipbuilding) or comparable technical training Professional experience in technical purchasing, project purchase or a cost-oriented role with close reference to purchasing Experience in cost calculation, offer assessment and price structure analysis of technical products or assemblies Industry knowledge of shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, heating, air conditioning or ventilation technology Structured, independent working, analytical thinking and joy in cooperation with purchasing, technology and suppliers Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and occasional readiness to travel (e.g. for suppliers or trade fair visits)
