You are the central interface between customers, technicians and entrepreneurs and ensure that quality, costs and appointments remain in line. In doing so, you actively participate, guide your team professionally and contribute significantly to the success of our projects. Your duties Acquisition and supply you calculate and create offers, clarify technical requirements with customers and pick up price offers. In addition, you acquire new orders and maintain existing customer relationships for follow-up business. You take over the project management and manage your projects independently. These include project planning, coordination and management of project meetings. At the construction site you have the technical, human and commercial responsibility – always with regard to quality, budget and timetable. You plan to use staff and equipment and guide your team professionally. You organize the construction process, coordinate all participants and monitor the progress on site. Work security is at your heart – you are responsible for your construction sites. You plan the material delivery, carry out orders and ensure all necessary documents: from SiGe plans to assembly and appointment plans to measurement protocols and VOB correspondence. Project controlling and documentation You always agree with the customer, create project reporting and report internally to the field management. The clean documentation of all project results for future projects is also your responsibility. Contract management and billing You take care of the post-order management, check invoices for material and foreign services and assemble all documents for the commercial billing. Customer support You will support your customers throughout the entire project and beyond – including complaint and warranty processing. This will bring you You have a completed technical training, ideally supplemented by a further education to the technician or master, or a technical study. Multiannual experience in the project management – preferably in the field of communication technology, electrical engineering or construction – distinguishes you. You are familiar with VOB and the relevant standards and bring commercial understanding. Your work is structured, you communicate clearly and guide your team sovereignly. A class B driving licence completes your profile.
