Head of Wind Energy (m/f/d)

Technical and strategic management of a team as well as control of around 22 wind energy projects Responsibility for approval planning, yield forecasts, land cover, technical due diligence and execution planning Representation of the company in public authorities and political bodies (e.g. municipal councils) Responsibility for budget planning, monitoring and accounting and controlling Management of sales, resource and liquidity planning Creation, negotiation and conclusion of offers and framework contracts Further development and technical support of the company-wide project management tool Leadership, development and assessment of employees (including annual meetings)

Successfully completed studies, for example in civil engineering, architecture, environmental technology or comparable Long-term professional experience in the planning and implementation of renewable energy projects, ideally wind energy Leadership experience and strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking Good knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D are advantageous Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks (BImSchG, Planning Law, EEG) German language skills, very good English skills Structured, self-responsive operation and pronounced communication and enforcement strength
