In the Lab Automation team, you will ensure that our software solutions for connected laboratory processes work smoothly with the customer – from installation to commissioning to ongoing operation. You work with our self-developed systems such as Prism 10 and AndroVision and are close to the product and close to the customer. In addition to sales and project teams, you develop into the central technical contact person in everyday life and contribute to implementing and further expanding our high service quality in direct customer contact. You install and configure our software solutions on site at the customer and make sure You are reliably integrated into existing laboratory processes. Customer staff as well as internal colleagues will be involved in our systems and processes. During ongoing operations, you will accompany customers in the long term and become the central technical contact for the systems you provide. Over the entire life cycle, you can ensure that our solutions run stable, are optimally used and can be continuously developed. In close coordination with sales, product management and development, you actively contribute feedback from practice to the optimization of our systems. Disorders are structured and find sustainable solutions – remotely or directly on site with the customer. System tests, updates and configuration adjustments are carried out independently and document the results. At trade fairs, customer appointments and presentations, you introduce our products and explain complex relationships in a comprehensible way. The entire networked process in the laboratory will keep you in mind and ensure that our software solutions are optimally combined.

Training or study in the field of laboratory/biotechnology or agricultural sciences with affinity for PC hardware and software and network technology or training or studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology is your foundation. Experience in the installation of software, in technical support or in the commissioning of networked systems is advantageous. With PC systems, networks and digital applications, you are sure to go around and work quickly into new technologies. The direct exchange with customers motivates you and it is easy for you to explain technical topics in a comprehensible way. You can take responsibility for systems and their long-term care and work in a structured and independent manner. In addition to a solution-oriented approach, you bring communication strength and a safe occurrence in the customer environment. International readiness to travel (20-25%) and very good knowledge of German and good to very good English are required. A class B driving license completes your profile.
