Data Analyst/-in – Focus on Dashboard Development (m/w/d)

We are looking for the Office for Digitization, Organization and IT (DO.IT) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

At the DO.IT staff office, you are responsible for the construction and maintenance of the official crashboard. They work closely with the other areas of the staff office, such as project and portfolio management, strategy, smart city, innoLab/KI and digital communication. The staff is a powerful team with the mission to plan and control the digital transformation of the city of Stuttgart.

A job that enthuses you

• Development and conception of the official dashboard and implementation of smaller dashboards
• You perform data analysis and are responsible for the key figures management
• You report the key figures of the management level and identify optimization potentials
• the close cooperation with project and portfolio management and strategy development are also part of your tasks

Your profile that suits us

• completed studies in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, BWL/VWL, Statistics, Business Analytics or a comparable subject with statistical reference
• Professional experience in dashboards as well as sound knowledge in common tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik as well as experience in dealing with databases/database systems
• Analytical and Structured Operation
• Knowledge in management reporting
• Knowledge in the integration of APIs and data sources, knowledge in SQL and in the programming language Python, including cloud and on-premise systems are advantageous
