FOR SOZIALES | S&S Non-profit Society for Social Affairs mbH is a recognized institution of youth assistance and a member of the German Joint Welfare Association. Within the scope of Sections 27 et seq. of SGB VIII we offer stationary, semi-stationary, outpatient and project-oriented assistance for education as an offer for children, young people and their families. (unlimited in full time) Together with an area management, you will coordinate and design an operation of FOR SOZIALES with the associated facilities.

Your area of responsibility includes: • Perception of all responsible management tasks in your area of responsibility employees • Technical advice of your team or team Your team management • Ensuring professional standards • Quality development and assurance of pedagogical work • Close and constructive cooperation with youth offices • Network work with authorities and external departments • Representation of the institution in bodies and working groups • Conceptual development and expansion of the range of services

Technical and personal requirements: • You have a (social) pedagogical (specialist) degree • You have effective and efficient work and can organize well • You are team-ready and possess strengths in communicative and cooperative areas • It is up to you to make decisions and, if necessary, to enforce them in a targeted and scorientated manner • You have pleasure in administrative tasks, are safe in word and writing and can adequate representation of relevant facts • You have professional competence and experience in the field of education • Current developments in youth assistance and youth assistance structures are familiar to you • You are competent and experienced in conceptual development and network work • You have a high degree of initiative and commitment • Your leadership and leadership skills complement your professional and social competence
