Ensuring an above-average customer experience along the entire journey and thus achieving the sales goals Highly qualified, telephone customer support and advice (customer acquisition, stock management, and extension) in the field of innovative pension and investment products First contact for customers and thus responsible over the entire customer communication via all channels (telephone, email, chat, social media) Monitoring of all interested parties to anticipate possible sales approaches or technical errors Complete clarification of all customer requests (scientific and technical), i.e. coordination and forwarding to the corresponding positions within the company Participation in the further development and optimization of customer service Technical contact for the other departments

Successfully completed training as a businessman for insurance and finance and/or specialist for insurance and finance or studies/businesses with a focus on insurance Ideally well-founded professional experience focusing on life and/or pension insurance Strong sales motivation, fun by telephone contact with customers and integrity in customer consulting In-depth knowledge and high personal interest in pension and investment products Secure knowledge both in writing and oral in German and English Technology affinity and enthusiasm for digital innovative products and processes Communication strength Self-conscious, friendly and professional appearance Commitment and team skills
