Senior Consultant, Finance & Risk - ESG in Risk Management / ICAAP (w|m|d)

Advising large and regional banks in the further development of their overall banking management with a focus on risk management and regulatory requirements. Conception and implementation of solutions in ICAAP / ILAAP as well as risk-bearing capacity. Integration of ESG requirements into existing risk and control processes, for example in risk inventory, scenario analyses and governance structures. Analysis of existing processes and systems as well as deriving concrete action needs (e.g. in the context of Gap analyses). Development of technical targets and support for the implementation of strategic roadmaps in risk management. Working in project teams with early takeover of responsibility.

Multiannual experience in banking control, risk management or advice from financial institutions. Knowledge of at least one of the following topics: ICAAP / ILAAP Risk Management / Total Bank Control ESG in risk management

Understanding regulatory requirements (e.g. credit risk, bank-specific supervisory requirements, EBA guidelines, ESG regulations) A structured and solution-oriented way of thinking Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level, safe to negotiate) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level, fluent) in word and writing.
