Your duties

• Processing of customer requests by email, chat or phone
• With the help of complaints, returns or contract questions
• Create standard and individual response texts
• Data management in the computer system
• Creating various documents, e.g. offers or invoices

Our requirements

• Commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for dialogue marketing or office businessman
• Good MS Office knowledge, ideally also SAP experience
• readiness for active customer response
• German language
• Good communication skills
