Dispatcher Scheduled Services (m/f/d)

In this position, based on the incoming customer and partner orders, you are responsible for the smooth planning / organization of the different lines. You coordinate the timely planning of the consignments taking into account the predetermined transit times. You decide on the use of the means of transport and proactively monitor compliance with delivery dates. Disposition of lines in long-distance transport or in euro-national charter traffic taking account of economic and quality Operations planning of the purchased cargo area and/or subcontractors Negotiating price and performance agreements with the respective subcontractors Communication with partners and branches of the Noerpel Group Ensuring and continuous optimization of work processes in terms of quality and costs Date and shipment tracking as well as processing of complaints / customer requests
