At the next possible time, we are looking for an employee area management (w/m/d) for our team Asklepios Technik Hamburg GmbH in part/full time. Asklepios Technik Hamburg GmbH is a subsidiary of Asklepios Kliniken Hamburg GmbH and is responsible for the infrastructural services in the field of medical technology, operating technology, garden and landscape construction.

You are responsible for ensuring the technical operational capability of your plants in connection with structural measures and adaptations in stock, taking into account applicable rules, current state of the art and user-specific requirements You coordinate and document preventive maintenance and audits in the context of reconstructions and structural changes You plan and tax system-related changes and structural measures together with external service providers and monitor their implementation and function You coordinate and tax external companies in the framework of construction and rebuilding measures and ensure compliance with dates, quality and requirements You perform administrative tasks, e.g. the performance management of external works and the documentation of measures You evaluate and process incoming disruptions in the ticket system (e.g. WAVE) with a focus on structurally relevant facts and take necessary measures from them You are responsible for the appointment and documentation of recurring audits in coordination with external partners and authorities

Complete vocational training in the field of facility management or in a comparable technical/handicraft environment (e.g. as a specialist, master (m/w/d) or the like) Knowledge of craftsmanship Safe handling of common computer applications, especially with Microsoft Office Experience in employee management and strong motivation High empathy and intercultural competence Imprinted counselling and negotiation skills Situation-oriented and address-oriented communication Teamability and a structured and responsible way of working
